Terms and Conditions

MoJo's Cleaning LLC. is a licensed, bonded, and insured residential upkeep service that provides all aspects of residential needs including but not limited to: Interior/Exterior Residential Cleaning, Short-Term Rental Coordination and Vacation Hosting. This website is owned and operated by MoJo’s Cleaning LLC. Owner, Morgan Divine. This link sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may book, utilize and receive benefits offered by MoJo's. All 3rd party subcontractors are licensed, bonded, and insured to provide you with additional benefits not included in MoJo’s Cleaning LLC. direct cleaning and upkeep services. Other services provided by MoJo's: co-hosting care, compliance assistance, owner dashboard coordination and optimization, guest communication and on-site assistance, support coordination, and more. All 3rd Party Affiliates are only highly recommended and not required for use. MoJo's does not take liability for any/all damages associated or otherwise performed by 3rd party affiliates. By accessing and using the website for our and/i.e. 3rd party services, you approve that you have read, understood agree and uphold to Terms and Conditions listed. To benefit from and/or receive participating services you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, rights, understanding and acknowledgment of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this binding agreement. 

When purchasing a product or service, you agree to the terms set forth in your service agreement per amount due, with participating tasks/plans set forth when accepting services with us and/or in accordance with our 3rd party affiliates. Pricing and otherwise collection of payment is set forth through MoJo’s Cleaning LLC. in accordance with our 3rd party affiliates. 

We reserve the right to change our pricing for any services or products, and to correct any inadvertent errors that may occur when billing. Additional information about pricing, taxes and breakdowns will be presented on invoice documentation provided upon request of service. Any other additional services or charges will be discussed and accepted accordingly. 

If dissatisfied with end results of service, we ask that you allow the ability to return for attempt of better results with Owner assistance, before the reimbursement process starts. We ask that if present when receiving services, you notify staff before departure if dissatisfied with services and notify 417-434-7782 for a consult. If NOT present when cleaning is being performed, we ask that you notify us within 24 Hours of the time services were performed to be able to report a dissatisfaction. If not reported within 24 Hours, both parties declare satisfaction of services and refunds will be ineligible unless declared otherwise by the Morgan Divine, MoJo's Cleaning Owner. It is of 3rd Party discretion to approve a consumer refund for any/all services performed by their individual business or entity.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services offered. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. We have the right to terminate or limit your access to services without notice or liability for any reason, including if you violate any provisions listed above. Notice of discontinuation of services can be provided by the discretion of the Owner and will be withstanding after the payment and service period is fulfilled.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Morgan Divine or MoJo’s Cleaning LLC., be liable for any indirect, 3rd party, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoJo’s Cleaning LLC. or Morgan Divine assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of services provided by its 3rd party affiliates; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Ensuring adequate services and documentation of what is accomplished in session, we ask your permission to grant MoJo’s and their cleaner’s access to take cleaning related photos as well as documented summaries of the previous condition, process, state and quality of the space.

Deep Cleaning Services are Offered and vary based on quality, condition, style, material and equipment needed to perform requested services and this could include:

-Inner/Outer Toilets

-Tidy and Remake Bed with Fresh Linens if needed or necessary

-Trash Gathering and Take Out in all Rooms including Bathrooms 

-Carpet Cleaning & Stain Treatment: .45C/SQFT 1-6 Hour Time Frame Depending on the SQFT

-Wood Restorer, Polish, and or Oil: $44.99/Per Home

-Deep Clean of All Inner/Outer Kitchen Appliances: $109.99  PULL OUT: Additional $20 

Deep Cleaning of Inner Cabinetry and Drawers of Kitchen: $57.99

-Wall Scuff/Scum/Mark Removal: $79.99/1000 SQFT (prorate optional) 

(Note SQFT means by the total number of SQFT per room that removal work has been done on. For Example: If your home is 1500SQFT and you want MoJo’s to perform wall scuff/scum/mark removal on your bedroom, entryway, and guest bathroom. The total SQFT of all three rooms is approximately 500 SQFT. We would prorate your total to:

-500(total SQFT serviced) / 1000(1000SQFT increment fees) = .5

-.5(Total from X $79.99($79.99/1000SQFT) = $39.99

-Baseboard, Trim, & Corners: $29.99/1000 SQFT 

-CLR/ Hard Water Treatment: $57.99/Room 

-Shower Handle/Inner Knob Disassemble and Clean: 39.99$

CLEANING PLANS

Each plan, session and client have its own tasks, responsibilities, services, and a maximum time limit. Each plan session can include up to the guaranteed maximum amount of time per session but is not required to complete all tasks and responsibilities each session per services, time limit, and terms plan agreement. Plans and payments only guarantee a consistent scheduled service on a rotating basis to ensure customers receive all tasks in their entirety over a span of days, weeks, months or years based on the frequency of sessions they desire. Plan durations can be increased or decreased, and with notice can request a day change entirely if availability stands!  

I understand that I have the ability to request specific tasks and services through the app and website to allow the maximum priority tasks to be completed in the time allotted.

-Inner/Outer Toilets
-Showers/Tubs

~Bedrooms~
-Dusting 
-Gathering clothing in baskets 
-Side Table, Dresser, and Vanity sanitization 
-Bed Stripped and Remade if Provided with Clean Linens

~Laundry Room~ 
-Dusting
-Decluttering

-Trash Gathering and Take Out in all Rooms including Bathrooms

AS NEEDED (if time allows or is requested as a priority through the app or on the website):
-Blinds, Baseboards, Sills, Windows, Inner Appliances, Hard Water Treatment

*Initial Deep Cleanings are required before Cleaning Plans can be initiated, unless otherwise granted the ability to skip this portion of the Plan process, which can be determined in a FREE In-Person Consultation. Payment for services is required within 4 hours of scheduled session times. If not on a Payment Plan, full payment of services must be collected before arrival. For invoices $300 or more, a 50% deposit is required for services to be scheduled and secured with full staff. Remaining 50% is due upon arrival and services will not begin until this is fulfilled and collected. I understand and will fulfill all payments before services begin. 

If dissatisfied with services, I have 24 Hours to report dissatisfaction and schedule a consult. I understand that I may be asked to provide dissatisfactory evidence of the tasks that were requested be performed, and or a consult to see an in person viewing of the dissatisfaction. I may be asked to have services corrected or re-performed to your liking, if opted out to provide us with evidence AND let us correct the dissatisfaction, a refund is up to the discretion of the owner. 

Accepted forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, check upon arrival BEFORE services are performed. 
Cancellation of MoJo's Cleanings are FREE, just note that recurring scheduled slots are limited and once dismissed may potentially be filled with a new awaiting client, if not instantaneously. 
All Membership Plans Can be Cancelled on the App in your Portal, on the Website in your Login In Tab, or by the Request of the Owner via email @ moejo2216@gmail.com or Text/Call: 417-434-7782 

 

1. CLEANING PLAN POLICY 

1A. Cancellation of Membership Plans are FREE. 

1B. All Membership Plans Can be Cancelled by the Request of the Owner via email @ moejo2216@gmail.com or Text/Call:  417-434-7782 

1C. MoJo's provides an allotted number of sessions per month per client and will gain your business back session by session, but both parties may be subject request to postpone due to:

     1Ca. Personal Family Related Reasons

     1Cb. Weather Incapacities

     1Cc. Transportation Restrictions

     1Cd. Non-preventable accidents, illnesses, or occurrences. 

1D. If holding a plan and MoJo's does not fulfill the number of sessions per billing cycle, the member can either:

     1Da. -Reschedule and receive the session the following month

     1Db. -Suspend payments until sessions performed are caught up with amount paid then proceed with further fulfillment of payments and sessions.

      1Dc. -Full Refund for the Session that was not performed for the month if paid in advance for future sessions that were not performed.

1E. Dissatisfaction of membership services may receive a partial up to a full refund by the approval of the owner, but is not guaranteed as all tasks, services, responsibilities, plans and individual sessions are subject to the request of the Plan Holder. I hereby agree that if tasks that are not requested and not performed, that it was solely to the discretion of the cleaner to perform the additional task not included in the service plan.

1F. Ensuring adequate services and documentation of what is accomplished, we ask permission to grant access to take cleaning related photos as well as documented summaries of the state and quality of clean.  

1G. Payment plan services that start on an initial free trial/ discounted rate session are only guaranteed the basic tasks, services, and responsibilities listed in the plan provided.

MoJo's will issue refunds and set forth policies to ensure the quality of our services is maintained throughout our customers and employees. We have the right to refuse service to anyone before and/or after payment and services for such payment have been fulfilled and performed. Membership Prices and Quotes are Subject to Change with Notice.
